This season Ironwood is pleased to introduce our new bistro menu, developed in collaboration with Chef Ivan Bailey. A French-trained chef whose experience spans both European and North American kitchens.
The selection focuses on a more refined and composed approach to casual dining — balancing bright acidity, savoury depth, texture, and restraint across a series of small plates and shareables designed to pair naturally with Ironwood’s cider program. A rotating selection of cheeses will also be featured weekly, offering an evolving tasting experience throughout the season.
